Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through our trade-inquiry form: You may also contact us directly by email. In that case we hold the contents of your correspondence.

your name;
your company or organization;
your email address;
your country or region;
the area of interest you select;
the business type you select;
the message you write; and
technical timestamps recording when the inquiry was submitted and when the related notification email was processed.

Why we use this information

to respond to your inquiry;
to evaluate a potential commercial relationship;
to maintain appropriate business records of our correspondence; and
to protect the form and the website from abuse and automated submissions.

Service providers

Sampan uses service providers, including Lovable and its infrastructure providers, to host, secure and operate the website, store inquiries, and deliver transactional notifications. These providers may process limited technical request information as necessary to deliver and protect the service.

The inquiry record Sampan keeps contains only the form fields listed above together with the processing timestamps described there. Sampan does not add IP addresses or user-agent strings to that inquiry record. Infrastructure providers may nevertheless process limited network and request information transiently in order to deliver and secure the website.

No sale of personal information, no advertising tracking

We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles from inquiry information. Sampan does not use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. Hosting and security infrastructure may set strictly necessary cookies or process limited technical information to provide security, prevent abuse and operate the website.

These technologies are not used by Sampan for advertising.

International processing

Sampan LLC is registered in the United States and operates from Vietnam, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Information you submit may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the inquiry, maintain our correspondence and business records, protect the security of our systems, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Access, correction and deletion

You may ask us to provide a copy of the information you submitted, correct it, or delete it. Send your request to [email protected] and we will respond to it. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person who submitted the inquiry.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted to us, including restricting access to inquiry records. No website, database or email system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
